Case No. CJ-2014-90 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, DEVISEES, TRUSTEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, BOTH IMMEDIATE AND REMOTE OF DEBORAH A. SHELTON, a/k/a DEBORAH A. BULLARD, a/k/a DEBORAH ANNE BULLARD, deceased; and JONATHAN EDWARD SHELTON. GREETINGS: YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, as Plaintiff, has filed its petition in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma in the above cause asking for judgment on a certain promissory and real estate mortgage, to determine the priority of liens, claims or interests and to foreclosure its mortgage covering the following described real property, to-wit: A tract of land located in the NW1/4 of SW1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 5 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the NW1/4 of SW1/4 of SW1/4; Thence East along the North line of that ten acre tract a distance of 658.15 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; Thence South along the East line of that ten acre tract a distance of 82.32 feet; Thence West a distance of 658.15 feet to the West boundary of that ten acre tract; and, Thence North a distance of 81.71 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.25 acres, more or less, as the case may be, and to further obtain judgment establishing that the Defendant, DEBORAH A. SHELTON, a/k/a DEBORAH A. BULLARD, a/k/a DEBORAH ANNE BULLARD, now deceased, was at the time of her death the owner of said property; and further alleging that the remaining Defendants, may claim some right, title or interest in the above described property, which interests are junior and inferior to Plaintiff’s, all as more particularly set out in Plaintiff’s Petition. NOW, THEREFORE, YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that you must answer the petition filed herein on or before the 4th day of JULY, 2014, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly in favor of Plaintiff and against you, and establishing that the Defendant, DEBORAH A. SHELTON, a/k/a DEBORAH A. BULLARD, a/k/a DEBORAH ANNE BULLARD, now deceased, at the time of her death was the owner of the property, all as more particularly set out in Plaintiff’s Petition.
