Plaintiff, vs. HUNTER R&R, L.L.C. ; JAMES HUNTER, INDIVIDUALLY; UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES; THE COUNTY TREASURER OF PONTOTOC COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA AND THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PONTOTOC COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, Defendants. Case No. CJ-2014-46 NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE is hereby given on the 9th day of July, 2014, at 10 o’clock a.m. at the Southdoor of Pontotoc Courthouse in Ada, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said county will offer for sale and sell for cash or terms made prior to sale, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that said real and personal property in Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit: All of Lot 6 in Block “G”, Sunrise Addition to the City of Ada, Oklahoma, except all the oil, gas, minerals, and mineral rights heretofore reserved or conveyed. The South 70 Feet of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 3, of West Side Addition to the City of Ada, Oklahoma, according to the Official Plat and Survey Thereof. The real property or its address is commonly known as 317 and 317 1/2 North Oak, Ada, OK 74820. All of Lot Seven (7), in Block Seven (7), of Glenwood Addition to the City of Ada, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof. The real property or its address is commonly known as 727 West 8th, Ada, OK 74820. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale in foreclosure issued upon a judgment entered on the 17th day of April 2014, in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, in case number CJ-2014-46, wherein Landmark Bank, N.A., is plaintiff, and Hunter R&R, L.L.C., James Hunter, Individually, The Unknown Occupants, and The County Treasurer of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, and The Board of County Commissioners of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, are defendants, to satisfy said judgments of plaintiff rendered in favor as against the defendants, Hunter R&R, L.L.C., James Hunter, Individually, which are in the sums of $31,459.27, $36,175.43, and $20,785.64, as of January 29, 2014, plus pre-judgment and post -judgment interest accrued and accruing at the contractual rate, until satisfied, and reasonable attorney fees and costs in the sum of $8,842.00 Said lands and tenements have been appraised according to law at $110,000.
