Pursuant to said motion, take notice that Landmark Bank, N.A., seeks to confirm the sale of the properties held on the 9th day of July, 2014, whereat the below described real properties were purchased as set forth below for a sum greater than two-thirds of the appraised value, to-wit: All of Lot 6 in Block “G”, Sunrise Addition to the City of Ada, Oklahoma, except all the oil, gas, minerals, and mineral rights heretofore reserved or conveyed. The real property or its address is commonly known as 409 East 7th Street, Ada, OK 74820. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale in foreclosure issued upon a judgment entered on the 17th day of April, 2014, in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, in case number CJ-2014-46, wherein Landmark Bank, N.A., is plaintiff, and Hunter R&R, L.L.C, James Hunter, INdividually, The Unknown Occupants, and The County Treasurer of Pontoto County, State of Oklahoma, and The Board of County Commissioners of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, are defendants, to satisfy said judgments of plaintiff in favor as against the defendants, Hunter R&R, L.L.C., James Hunter, Individually, which are in the sums of $31,459.27, $36,175.43, and $20,785.64, as of January 29, 2014 plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest accrued and accruing at the contractual rate, until satisfied, and reasonable attorney fees and costs in the sum of $8,842.00.
