The land referred to as former KADA Broadcasting, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation, property, herein and is described as: A part of the NE/4 of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 6 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 47.90 feet West and 65.00 feet South of the Northeast corner of said NE/4 of the SE/4 of the SW/4; thence South a distance of 20.00 feet; thence West a distance of 88.00 feet; thence South a distance of 67.50 feet; thence East a distance of 88.00 feet; thence South a distance of 62.50 feet; thence West a distance of 192.00 feet; thence North a distance of 150.00 feet; thence East a distance of 192.10 feet to the point of beginning. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This notice is published to comply with the requirement of 25 CFR § 151.12(d)(2)(iii) that notice be given of the decision by the authorized representative of the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land in trust. Any party who wishes to seek judicial review of this decision must first exhaust administrative remedies under 25 CFR Part 2. This decision may be appealed to the Eastern Oklahoma Regional Director in accordance with the regulations in 25 CFR Part 2. Your notice of appeal must be filed in the Superintendents office at the address listed in the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section above within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice. The date of filing your notice of appeal is the date it is postmarked or the date it is personally delivered to the Superintendents office.
