Gray, spa Vernon Edward Gray, Rodney Gray, Personal Representative, if still in existence, and if not, its Unknown Successors; and, The Estate of David Ray Gray, deceased, Diana Gray Ross, Personal Representative, if still in existence, and if not, its Unknown Successors; and, Jane Lou Fulton, Phyllis Duncan and Bob Thompson, successor trustees of the Ruth Bell Brumley McKnight Revocable Trust, if living, and if not, their Unknown Successors; and, You, the Defendants above named, are hereby notified that impleaded with other Defendants you have been sued by the above named Plaintiff in the above entitled action in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma; that you must answer the Petition filed by said Plaintiff in said action on or before the 24th day of September, 2014, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly in favor of the Plaintiff and against all the Defendants in said action, adjudging the interests of the Plaintiff and the Defendants in and to the following described real estate situated in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Surface and surface rights only The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S/2 NE/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Five (5) North, Range Four (4) East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, quieting the title of the Plaintiff and the other owners of said real property as set forth in the Amended Petition on file herein, and determining the deaths of: Melva Gray, Royce Walter Strickland, Ruby Fae Lane, R.B. Archer, Jr., Ella Burch, Florence Strickland, Juanita Phillips, Jewel Alene Cosby, Norma Jean Potter, Euel Potter, Irene McHurd, Billy Ray Archer, Betty Gentry Morris, Fred Herman Gray, and Shirley Blackburn, all deceased, and determining who were the particular persons who took or were entitled to take the above described real estate under the Laws of Succession of the State of Oklahoma upon the death of said decedents, and forever barring and enjoining the Defendants from asserting any right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to the real property involved herein, except as set forth in the Petition, specifying the interests of the respective parties in the subject property and ordering a partition thereof.
