CV-2014-103 NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, dated and entered in said Court on the 28th day of July 2014, in the Matter of the Guardianship of Patricia R. Marion, (the “Ward”), the undersigned, as Guardian of the Person and the Estate of said Ward, will sell for cash by private sale and subject to confirmation of said District Court, all of the right, title and interest of the Ward, in the real property described as: The North 50 feet of Lot 8 in Block 2 of Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Ada, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma Such sale(s) shall be conducted on or after the 29th Day of August, 2014.
