NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant is requesting that the Commission grant an exception to OCC-OGR Rule No. 165:10-5-6 insofar as same requires a mechanical integrity test of the East Fitts Unit 3-2 well as an injection well by allowing the East Fitts Unit 3-2 Well to inject under the authority of the UIC Permit to issue as No. 1500590035 as long as said well passes whatever test(s) the Commission deems necessary, and possibly making the Order effective on some date prior to the entry of the final order. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant is requesting the following special relief: Possibly providing that said Order be made effective on some date prior to the entry of the final order. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.
