Hallmark and John Edward Hallmark, Both Deceased (the “Decedents”), that on the 3rd day of September, 2014, Sandra Lee Roberts (the “Petitioner”) produced and filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, instruments in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Bobby J.E. Hallmark (the “Bobby Hallmark Will”) and the Last Will and Testament of John Edward Hallmark (the “John Hallmark Will”) and also filed a Petition for Probate of Wills, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees (the “Petition”) praying that the Wills be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to the Petitioner as Personal Representative to serve without bond, and the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees of the Decedents be judicially determined. Pursuant to an Order of the Court, notice is hereby given that the 19th day of September, 2014, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition and proving the Wills in the District Courtroom of the Pontotoc County Courthouse, Ada, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
