Case No. CV-2014-145 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, of Lucy Brown, Full Blood Chickasaw, Roll No. 561, and Cena Killcrease, Full Blood Chickasaw, Roll No. 562, both deceased; and, The Unknown Successors of Lucy Brown, Full Blood Chickasaw, Roll No. 561, and Cena Killcrease, Full Blood Chickasaw, Roll No. 562, both deceased. You, the Defendants above named, are hereby notified that impleaded with other Defendants you have been sued by the above named Plaintiffs in the above entitled action in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma; that you must answer the Petition filed by said Plaintiffs in said action on or before the 20th day of October, 2014, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly in favor of the Plaintiffs and against all the Defendants in said action, quieting the title of the Plaintiffs in and to the following described real estate situated in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, to-wit: A tract of land located in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E/2 SE/4) of Section 25, Township 2 North, Range 6 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 242 feet South of the Northeast Corner of said E/2 SE/4; thence South along the East line of said E/2 SE/4 a distance of approximately 748 feet to a point 1650.9 feet North of the Southeast Corner of said E/2 SE/4; thence West and parallel with the North line of said E/2 SE/4 a distance of 595 feet; thence North a distance of approximately 990 feet to a point on the North line of said E/2 SE/4; thence East along said North line a distance of 415 feet; thence South and parallel with the East line of said E/2 SE/4 a distance of 242 feet; thence East and parallel with the North line of said E/2 SE/4 a distance of 180 feet to the point of beginning, containing 12.52 acres, more or less (surface only), and determining the death of Lucy Brown, Full Blood Chickasaw, Roll No. 561, and Cena Killcrease, Full Blood Chickasaw, Roll No. 562, both deceased; and further determining who were the particular persons who took or were entitled to take the above described real estate under the Laws of Succession applicable to said decedents, upon the death of said decedents, and forever barring and enjoining the Defendants from asserting any right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to the real property involved herein.
