Marion, an impaired adult (the “Ward”), has presented for confirmation and filed in this Court her Return of Sale of all of the right, title and interest of said Ward to the following described property: The North 50 feet of Lot 8 in Block 2 of Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Ada, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma Said property was sold to Bill and Kathryn Brunk, husband and wife, for the sum of $35,000 in cash by private sale. Reference is made to said Return of Sale for further particulars. A hearing on said Return of Sale has been set for the 18th day of September, 2014, at 10:45 o’clock a.m. at which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause, if any, why such sale should not be confirmed. A copy of this Notice shall be published one (1) time in a newspaper in the county in which the real property is located and in the county where the Order was made, and mailed to all interested parties, not less than ten (10) days before the time set for the hearing.
