____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR PONTOTOC COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE JOINT ESTATES OF GLENDA JOHNSTON andSAM JOHNSTON, Deceased PB-14-66 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION TO ADMIT WILL TO PROBATE, FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Glenda Johnston, deceased on April 9, 1991, and Sam Johnston, deceased, that on the 25th day of September, 2014 produced and filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Sammy “Sam” Polk Johnston, deceased, and also filed in said court a petition praying for the probate of said will, and that letters testamentary issue thereon to Carolyn Denise Johnston Newton, the “executor” named in said will, and the eldest child of Glenda Johnston, and a request that the Court appoint her Personal Representative of the Estate of Glenda Johnston and determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees. Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 25th day of September, 2014, notice is hereby given that the 14th day of October, 2014, at the hour of 10:15 o’clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition and proving said will at the District Court room in the courthouse in the City of Ada, County of Pontotoc, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
