Pursuant to order of the Court, this matter has been set for hearing before The Honorable Judge Walkley and will be presented at the Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma, on the 8th day of December, 2014 at 2:00 oclock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard; and that you or any one of you may appear at said time and place and oppose and resist, PROVIDED, however, you have filed with the Court, at least five (5) days prior to the above date for said hearing, a verified answer showing the grounds therefor.
