(Published in The Norman Transcript November 16, 2014, 1t) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Slaughterville Planning and Zoning Commission at Slaughterville Town Hall located at 10701 US 77, Slaughterville, Oklahoma, (NE corner of US Highway 77 & Slaughterville Road) at 7:00 p.m. on December 9, 2014. At that time, the Planning and Zoning Commission will consider an application submitted by Tina Haberer for a proposed Use Permitted On Review for a beauty salon/home based business on a tract of land in a Agricultural/Residential District Higher Density (Area A and B). The property is located at 11901 Maguire Road. Legal Description: A tract of land located in the SE/4 of Section 26, Township 8 North, Range I West, I.M., Cleveland County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said SE/4, said point being North 89°2300 West a distance of 329.47 feet from the SE corner, thence North 0°0153 East a distance of 329.95 feet, thence South 89°2613 West a distance of 329.28, thence South 0°0346 West a distance of 330.26 to a point on the South line of said SE/4, thence North 89°2300 East a distance of 329.47 to the point of beginning, less and except easements and rights of way of record. Less and except the statutory section line right of way, said described tract contains 2.50 acres. Less and except the West 30 feet which is reserved for roadway and utilities. The purpose of the application is to allow for use of a beauty salon as a home based business. The Slaughterville Planning and Zoning Commission will review the application, prepare a report and make a recommendation to the Town Board of Trustees.
