NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR GROUND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Navarro County Commissioners Court will receive proposals for emergency ground medical services within the defined Navarro County boundaries, with the exception of the city limits of Corsicana, Texas. Proposers may mail or personally deliver proposals to: Navarro County Auditor’s Office 601 North 13th Street, Suite 6 Corsicana, TX 75110 Proposals should be clearly marked “RFP 2015-E-01 Ground EMS” To be considered, proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 17, 2014. The final contract with the successful proposer will be as negotiated with Navarro County following receipts of proposals and selection of the proposer whose proposal represents the best combination of service and value for the County. Submitted proposals will be reviewed and analyzed by County representatives. The proposal which best meets the County’s needs and provides the best value will be selected for further analysis and negotiation. Navarro County reserves the right, in its sole discretion at any of these proceedings to eject any or all proposals or any portion without exception or explanation.
