Snow, deceased, that on the 9th day of January, 2015, Kimberly J. Snow, Twilla Jo Burkhart and Linoel C. Snow produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, purported to be the Last Will and Testament of Gerald C. Snow, deceased, and also filed in said Court, their Petition praying for the probate of said Will and that Letters Testamentary issue thereto to the Petitioners, Kimberly J. Snow, Twilla Jo Burkhart and Linoel C. Snow, the Co-Personal Representatives named in said Will, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of decedent. Pursuant to an order of said Court, made on the 9th day of January, 2015, notice is hereby given that the 3rd day of February, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will at the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
