NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP BUDGET Notice is hereby given that a Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Town of Douglas Town Fund, Effingham County, Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2015, and ending December 31, 2015, will be on file and conveniently available to public inspection at the Douglas Town Hall, 208 N. Fourth St., Effingham, Illinois, from and after 8:00 a.m. on February 13, 2015 Notice is further given that a public hearing on said Budget and Appropriation Ordinances will be at 12:00 p.m. on March 13, 2015, at the Douglas Town Hall in this Douglas Township District and that final action on this ordinance will be taken at a meeting to be held at the Doulas Town Hall at 12:00 p.m. March 13 2015.
