Oklahoma Tax Commission, were Defendants, to satisfy said judgment as follows: Count V: Regarding Note 2, of its Petition herein, judgment in rem and in personam, against the Defendants, Jasmine, Inc., and L. Vance Brown, in his capacity as Receiver of Jasmine, Inc., in the sum of $217,669.21, as of the 10th day of April, 2014, with interest accruing thereon thereafter at the rate of $44.55 per diem until paid, plus a reasonable attorney fee in the amount of $11,500.00, insurance, future advances for the maintenance and preservation of said personal property, and all costs of this action accrued and accruing, per Count V, regarding Note 2; and Judgment in rem and in personam against the Defendant, The Jimmy W. Gray Irrevocable Trust, in the amount of any excess funds that may be remaining over and above the amount paid to Plaintiff under Count I of Plaintiffs Petition herein.
