McMahan, deceased; The Successors of William Neal Edwards, deceased; The Successors of Kathryn Moss Edwards, deceased; The Successors of Curtis Leverne Edwards, deceased; the Successors of Robert Nathan Edwards, deceased You and each of you are hereby notified that Allynda Kaye Craig; Matthew Leigh Craig; Alma Kayleen Jordan Smith; Patricia Sue Jordan- Taub; Hugh Kevin Jordan; Lois McMahan Phillips; John Robert McMahan; Bette Joan Edwards Carpenter; and, Ronnie Edwards, as Plaintiffs, have filed in the District Court of Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CV-2015-10G their Petition against The Successors of Alma Gafford, deceased, et al, alleging that the Plaintiffs are seized and possessed of real property located in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N/2 NE/4) and the Northwest of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4 NW/4) and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW /4 SW 14) of Section 8, Township Two (2), North of Range Four (4), West of the Indian Meridian. that the Plaintiffs are the owner of the said fractional mineral interest in the said real property and in the actual and peaceable possession thereof; that Defendants, and each of them, may claim some interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiffs which constitutes a cloud on the title of Plaintiffs; that said Defendants are hereby notified that you must answer to the Petition herein filed on or before the 13 day of April, 2015, or the allegations of said petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered in favor of the Plaintiffs against said Defendants, determining the heirs of Alma Gafford, Eva May Edwards Craig, Robert Neal Craig, Reatha Boyce Craig, Robert Neal Craig, Jr., Jack M.
