____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED BIDS will be received at the Administration Building, Purchasing Office, Room 164, East Central University, 1100 E.14th St, Ada, OK 74820, on April 14, 2015, for the construction of a Parking Lot at 9th and Francis, located on the campus of East Central University, Ada, OK. After the 4:00 p.m. closing time, the bids will be opened and read aloud in Administration Building Room 164. Any party submitting a sealed bid shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 (61 Okla. Stat. § 103) and submit with the bid, a notarized Business Relationship Affidavit and a notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit. All bidders submitting bids shall accompany their bid with a certified check, cashiers check, bid bond or an irrevocable letter of credit insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, equal to 5% of the bid amount. Bid packages and forms may be picked up in the Administration Building, Purchasing Office room 164, on the campus of East Central University or by contacting Jo Ann Johnson at (580) 559-5262.
