The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary fro redemption have not been paid. It is thereupon this 4th day of March, 2015 by the Circuit Court for Allegany County, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in The Cumberland Times - News once per week for three successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 5th day of May, 2015, and redeem the property described above and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
