(First Published March 29, 2015) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS There will be a Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Joplin on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at Joplin City Hall located at 602 South Main Street, Joplin, Missouri and before the City Council of the City of Joplin on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at Joplin City Hall located at 602 South Main Street, Joplin, Missouri, relative to: A request from DHH Investments for a Special Use Permit (1st request) for a parking lot at the property described as follows: All of Lot Numbered Twentyseven (27) and that part of Lot Numbered Twenty-six (26) described as follows; Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Numbered Twenty-six (26), thence Northerly along the West line of Lot Numbered Twenty-six (26), a distance of 12.10 feet, thence turning an angle to the right Of 90 degrees and going Easterly a distance of 156,21 feet to the East line of Lot Numbered Twenty-six (26), thence going Southerly along the East line of Lot Numbered Twenty-six (26) a distance of 6.24 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot Numbered Twenty-six (26), thence Westerly along the South line of Lot Numbered Twenty-six (26) a distance of 156.22 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot Numbered Twenty-six (26) and the point of beginning, in NEW HAVEN SUBDIVISION PLAT NO. 3 in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded Plat thereof also known as 3101 South Delaware Avenue.
