(First Published March 29, 2015) ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for an Environmental Review Record (per reference 24 CFR 58.5) of the property located at 420 South Grand Avenue, Joplin, MO and an adjacent parking lot will be received by the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation (JACCF), at the JACCF office, 320 E. 4th Street, Joplin, MO 64801, until 2:00 PM local time, April 21, 2015, then publicly opened and read aloud. The properties to be appraised are listed on Jasper County, Missouri Beacon as 500 S. Grand Ave., Joplin, MO as parcels 19100230034001000 and 19100230034003000 and the owner is listed as Bentley Investments of Nevada. Bona Fide Individuals or Firms qualified to perform the required assessment may gain access to the facility to be assessed by calling 417-624-4150 and speaking to Steve Russell or Tonya Sprenkle during normal business hours and making an appointment. Bidders are advised that a Prevailing Wage Determination prepared by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards is in effect on this project. Bidders are further advised to follow bid and appraisal guidelines as set forth by Community Development Block Grants and/or HUD Grants (reference 24 CFR 570). Limitations: Bidder is to state the timeframe in which the proposed work can be done. The desired timeframe for completion of the assessment is 30-60 days from bid award notification. Lack of ability to meet the desired timeframe may result in disqualification and rejection of the bid. The JACCF reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities. (315)
