Notice is hereby given that on the 27 day of March, 2013, at 10 o’clock a.m., (location at Courthouse or Room #), South door, of the Pontotoc County Courthouse, South Door, First Floor, in Ada, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interests of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit: A part of the West 380 feet of the S/2 SW/4 SW/4 SE/4 of Section Sixteen (16), Township Four (4) North, Range Six (6) East, Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said S/2 SW/4 SW/4 SE/4; thence East along the South line a distance of 380.00 feet; thence North a distance of 37.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 57’ West a distance of 180.10 feet; thence North 00 degrees 13’ East a distance of 31.4 feet; thence Northwesterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 7744.4 feet a distance of 261.3 feet to a point on the North line of said S/2 SW/4 SW/4 SE/4; thence South 89 degrees 57’ East along said North line a distance of 183.99 feet; thence South 00 degrees 14’44” East and parallel with the West line of said S/2 SW/4 SW/4 SE/4 a distance of 292.64 feet to the point of beginning, commonly known as 3304 N.
