Appanoose County Service Agency Regular Meeting March 10, 2015 Chairman Bettis called the meeting to order. Present: Creagan, Bettis, N Smith, R Smith, Waits, Chief Demry, Sheriff Anderson, Mayor Spurgeon and Patrick Antonen. Waits moved to approve the agenda; seconded by R Smith. All ayes. N Smith moved to approve minutes of the February 11, 2015 meeting; seconded by Waits. All voted aye. Creagan moved to approve bills in the amount of $5972.20. Seconded by R Smith. All voted aye. Creagan moved to approve the Service Agency Advisory Committee recommendation for RFP and authorize Service Agency to request proposals. Waits seconded. All voted aye.
