Case No. PB-2014-32 COMGINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS WITH NOTICE OF HEARING ON ADMISSION OF WILL, SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE All persons having claims against Helen Ray Freeman a/k/a Kitty Helen Freeman, deceased, who died on September 26, 1993, a resident of 101 S. Crownpoint, Ada, Oklahoma 74820 are required to present the same with the necessary voucher to Mary Helen Roberts, c/o Gina D. Knight, Attorney for Special Administrator, 4101 Perimeter Center Dr., Suite 200, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73112, on or before the 3rd day of July, 2014, or the same will be forever barred. The petitioner and Special Administrator is Mary Helen Roberts, 10000 Miller Circle, Apt. 113B, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,73162. The heirs-at-law are Mary Helen Roberts a/k/a Mary Helen Gerguson, Patty Lou Beavers and Jay Roberts Pitts. The total value of the decedent’s estate is set forth in the petition is approximately $68,200.00. Petitioner has filed the original Last Will and Testament of Helen Ray Freeman a/k/a Kitty Helen Freeman dated July 16, 1976 contemporaneous with the filing the Petition for Summary Administration. Petitioner is the named Executrix in said Last Wil and Testament and is the sole legatee. All persons interested in the estate of Helen Ray Freeman a/k/a Kitty Helen Freeman are hereby directed to appear in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge of the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, on the 21st day of July, 2014 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. for the final hearing to show cause if any they have why a final accounting should not be made and approved and final orders made admitting the will to probate, determining heirship, decreeing distribution, discharge of the special administrator and closing said estate. Objections to the petition must be filled with the Court Clerk of Pontotoc County, 120 W. 13th St., Ada, Oklahoma 74820 at any time before the final hearing date set forth above, and a copy thereof mailed to petitioner’s attorney at the address set forth below. Failure to timely file an objection is deemed a waiver thereof. If any objections is timely filed, the Court will determine at the above mentioned hearing whether the will attached to the petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary procedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
